Eagle Projects of the Year
The Eagle Scout Service Project, or simply Eagle Project, is the opportunity for a Scout in the Boy Scouts of America to demonstrate leadership of others while performing a project for the benefit of their community.
Each year the National BSA and Troop 185 recognizes one Eagle Project that demonstrates a valuable service or effort of an exceptional nature by a Scout to a religious institution, a school, a community, or another entity while doing his Eagle Scout service project.
